Description

The Sycamore is a two-story home with a versatile Flex Room and Powder Room located directly off the Front Foyer. The staircase is situated just before the plan opens to a defined living space including a Dinette, Kitchen and expansive Great Room pushed out the back of the home to allow for windows on all three exterior walls. The second floor features an open loft area at the top of the stairs. At the front of upper level are the three secondary bedrooms, two of which have walk-in closets. The hallway provides access to the full bathroom and large Laundry Room. The Owner's Suite extends the width of the back of the home and includes an oversized walk-in closet through the Owner's Bathroom. Both second floor bathrooms also have separate toilet rooms with pocket doors.
