A Ready Home does not allow for much personalization; however, you just might love the spaces our professional design team has crafted, since they tend to select the most popular structural options and finishes for each home. Your dream home may be waiting now!

Build In A Tim O'Brien Homes Neighborhood

If none of our available homes quite fit the bill, or the floor plan is not available in a location you love, let’s start a build project. Once you decide to build, we suggest visiting our communities in Madison or Milwaukee. Our knowledgeable New Home Sales Professionals can help you find the neighborhood that best fits you and your family. Each community has a number of available floor plans that offer slightly different features to choose from. Neighborhood pages will allow you to search on a list or with a map and filter options by price or city. 

Build On Any Lot

If you prefer not to build in any of our communities, no problem! Check out our Build on Any Lot program. Tim O’Brien Homes builds the same high-quality new homes throughout the Madison and Milwaukee areas. If you don’t already have land, we can leverage relationships with landowners and realtors to find you the perfect homesite.

If you already have land, we can conduct a site evaluation to review the lot before we start construction. This is vital in ensuring the quality and feasibility of the project and helps determine if any plan changes are needed before we break ground.
